Wheelhouse is primarily responsible for boat-crew evaluations. Employees without an evaluation on file receive a baseline / initial-trip evaluation; routine evaluations are annual thereafter. Additional evaluations may be completed anytime management wants or needs one. Tankerman managers may help with Tankerman evaluations when needed; office may help with any evaluation.
