Evaluation schedule: Employees without an evaluation on file start with a baseline / initial-trip evaluation. Routine evaluations are annual after that. Management may complete additional evaluations at any time when wanted or needed. Wheelhouse normally completes boat-crew evaluations. Tankerman managers may assist with Tankerman evaluations when needed but are not required to do them. Office may complete or assist with any evaluation.
