CREW EVALUATION SCHEDULE
Employees without an evaluation on file receive a baseline / initial-trip evaluation. Routine evaluations are annual after that. Additional evaluations may be completed anytime management wants or needs one. Wheelhouse is the primary evaluator on boats; Tankerman managers may assist with Tankerman evaluations when needed; Office may complete any evaluation.

One performance evaluation for Captain, Relief Captain and Pilot. Select training assessments separately, only when applicable.

SBM-WH-02. Complete only the applicable orientation/training assignment. Not a recurring performance evaluation.

SBM-WH-03. The source 30-Day Wheelhouse Qualification Program. Use when assigned; it does not restart annual reviews.
Full Wheelhouse Program Reference
Original four-page packet, retained for reference. Routine performance evaluations use SBM-WH-04 separately.
DECKHAND EVALUATIONS
Baseline/initial, experienced, and management-requested reviews remain separate records. A routine evaluation does not imply a raise.

Baseline / initial-trip deckhand evaluation.
Experienced Deckhand Evaluation
Experienced deckhand performance review. Routine review is annual; additional reviews may be completed when needed.
Deckhand Raise Review
Use only when management specifically requests a compensation / raise review.
