v155 — Document-specific PDF filing, fleet-wide
Tankerman Paperwork reads the attachment before choosing the filing rules. Transfer reports use their job start; inspections use the inspection date; pipeline/vapor and other test certificates use their test date. COI/COD certificates use the issue date rather than expiration. A load/discharge operation is not required for an inspection or certificate. These rules apply to every explicitly identified barge, including new barge names/numbers—not a fixed list of example barges.
Saved originals still awaiting filing are read again automatically, without another upload, using improved form fields, page-layout reading and the existing configured visual reader for supported scans. Manual corrections, distinct jobs and original files are preserved. Fleet-wide XLSX traffic workbooks remain whole in a separate Fleet / Reference collection. Awaiting reading, reader/service problems and genuinely missing identification are shown separately, with the original and correction actions. Optional import controls remain at the bottom. Nothing here approves a test, removes a deficiency, changes a compliance expiry, or adds a sign-off.

What “linked” means
“Linked” means the saved document identifies that destination. It does not certify the document’s validity, update a test date, or prove every historical file exists. An upload that never saved is not a completed filing.
Saved activity events — optional history
Previously recorded events from the existing audit log. Older actions that did not record an event cannot be invented.
Site update v152 — Completed log viewing and printing
Saved Wheelhouse and Engine Room logs now follow the main Light / Dark selection consistently, with readable controls and no new-log setup panel. Save PDF and Print are the primary actions. Raw JSON remains only an explicitly labelled optional data backup. Original and corrected versions stay read only. The same repair applies to every boat using these saved-log viewers, without rewriting any saved record.
Archived payroll uses the existing larger-print output. The one bottom-of-Weather-Report hurricane section and previous reliability, filing and privacy changes remain included.
Site update v151 — One compact hurricane section
Gulf Hurricane & Tropical Weather now appears once, at the bottom of Weather Report. Marine Safety keeps its separate Coast Guard port information. A fresh quiet report folds the hurricane section into a small heading; active systems, development outlooks and unavailable/stale information stay clear. Click the heading to expand or collapse it. All v150 reliability and speed corrections remain included.
Site update v150 — Gulf Hurricane & Tropical Weather + Reliability
Original v150 placement (superseded by v151 above): official NHC/NWS tropical information was available from Marine Safety and Weather Report, with separate advisory issue times, source-check times and outage warnings. This is reference information, not a new task or sign-off.
Management assignment retries recover from lost connections without adding the same request twice. Document pagination reuses permission-scoped metadata with source-change checks. Offline shell setup prioritizes the current workspace, and evaluation PDF template paths are narrowly specified. Payroll submission, permissions, original files and saved history are unchanged.
