Tankerman Paperwork
Site history and emailed paperwork, filed by the correct asset, document type and record date.
Checking management access…
Identical files appear once. Different jobs and changed versions are kept. Original emails stay untouched. This is a record archive—not another crew sign-off.

Checking automatic import status…

Automatic updates are enabled by this release. The server checks saved shared Tankerman history and sbmtankerman@gmail.com in batches every 15 minutes, even when this page is closed. Old email history and new paperwork are collected together; a large mailbox takes multiple batches. The open folder checks for saved changes every minute while visible and online.
The website needs its own authorized Gmail connection to read that mailbox. If reconnecting is needed, use Connect Gmail here; automatic batches retry after authorization. No repeated Start or Refresh action is required. Pause is optional and stays in effect until resumed.
Only paperwork saved to the shared Tankerman history or actually present as email attachments can be imported. Device-only drafts are not visible. Uncertain record details stay in Needs filing details. Inspections and certificates do not require loading/discharge information. Fleet-wide workbooks stay in Fleet / Reference. These controls do not approve paperwork, change its original content, or mark source emails read.
The attachment reader identifies the document purpose and checks its form fields, page text or supported XLSX workbook cells first, then uses the existing Smart Intake visual reader for unclear supported scans. Visual reads use that configured service and can incur its usage charges. Previously retained unfiled originals are reread automatically; source emails and file bytes stay untouched.
